**Terms and Conditions for “Sewing Done Right” 3D Printed Longarm Sewing Templates**

**1. Introduction**

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of 3D printed longarm sewing templates (“Product” or “Templates”) sold by Sewing Done Right (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Each Template is crafted using 3D printing technology and is designed for use with longarm sewing machines. While we strive for precision, minor variations in design, color, or size may occur.

**3. Usage**

a) The Templates may be used for both personal and commercial purposes. Any other specific restrictions or permissions will be expressly agreed upon in writing.

b) Misuse or improper handling of the Templates can result in damage to the Product or your sewing machine.

**4. Intellectual Property**

All designs, trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights associated with the Templates remain the sole property of Sewing Done Right. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

**5. Pricing & Payment**

All prices are as stated on our website or promotional materials and are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made in full before shipment.

**6. Shipping & Delivery**

We aim to dispatch Products within the specified timelines, but we are not liable for any delays due to carrier issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

**7. Returns & Refunds**

a) If you’re not satisfied with the Product, you may return it within 5 days of receiving it. The Product must be unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

b) Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product.
**8. Limitation of Liability**

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim, damages, loss, or expense related to the Products is limited to the amount paid for the Product.
